However, it is subject to the limitations agreed upon with the life insurance company. In all cases, there must be a receipt and a medical certificate from the relevant agency. It does not cover chronic diseases, loss of personal property of the traveler and does not include health insurance. You can purchase additional health insurance from general insurance companies.

• The hotel has the right to arrange rooms for the group staying. There are rooms for smoking / non-smoking. You may request to change the room according to the guest's request. However, it depends on the hotel's availability. It cannot be guaranteed.
• In case the traveler requires special assistance, such as using a wheelchair, please inform the company at least 14 days before the trip. Otherwise, the company cannot arrange in advance.
• The tour guide, staff and representatives of the organizer have no right to make any promises on behalf of the organizer. There is only a document signed by an authorized person of the organizer.
• The organizer will not be responsible and cannot refund any expenses because it is a lump sum payment to the agents.
