The event also emphasized exciting new initiatives to enhance the employee experience and foster collaboration. Highlights included the Buddy Program, pairing employees across departments to build meaningful connections; exclusive Employee Benefits, offering discounts on accommodations and flights to ensure employees are fully immersed in Gother’s products; and a new Performance Evaluation System was also unveiled, promoting transparency and rewarding excellence.

Adding to the excitement, Gother announced the upcoming New Year’s Party, themed "Famous Character."
